Partially and temporarily release the Kraken!

A three-day gig for the Muscatine Kraken:

The Kraken, a giant inflatable river monster, temporarily has taken over the second floor of the former Vito’s building on College Street.

“You see these big tentacles and it sets your imagination on fire,” said artist Andrew Anderson, who designed the inflatable art piece that first went on display in Muscatine in June.
One might even say it triggers.

For me, it looks like a big pink and white rodent, one that Rep. Steve King could take out with the right gun.

What was the old monster?

Perhaps the Dora the Explorer stage show passed through town.
