Would calipers or a straight ruler be better for making this determination?
Today I learned that in the 1940s U.S. scientists examined the foreskins of Guatemalan men interned in an asylum in that country. They needed to find men with foreskins of moderate length—whatever that may be—for their syphilis infection experiments. I'm not sure if I can say today was a good day.

A lot of those Experiment subjects were foreigners and probably should have been grateful.
It's pretty impressive how unrepentant the guy who did the study was.
